Game Design at Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online?

Malu’lani asked:

I am wondering if anyone has attended this “online”. I have seen reviews and quite a few of them are pretty negative about the online schooling, but it is supposed to be in the top 5 for video game design schools.

I am unable to attend school “on-campus” so I am choosing to do it online but I am alittle worried before I acually start if I am getting myself into something I will have an impossibly hard time cause of it being online.

If anyone has attended it online, do you feel like it acually teaches you and you don’t feel rushed? What were some of the pros and cons? Ect.

going online for any school is always very wonky, sure you can work at home, but when it come to game design, interactive critiquing and personal involvement can’t be substituted online, maybe for a short while, when your working out your general eds and liberal studies classes, but it becomes a bitch with your 3d work on the more complicated classes
